Here is a fun project I did to personalize my iPad. I cut a border from Vinyl and stamped it using Stayzon ink and Easy Scraps rubber stamps. I had the border shape made thru CustomShapePros for my Accucut machine, but it seems like a simple enough shape to cut by hand.
Note that I use a clear protective cover on my iPad screen. I am not sure whether you would want to do this directly on the iPad.
Also- sorry about the quality of the video. My camera kept refocusing on me
